First PM, then CPO, then CTPO on the executive committee, in eighteen months. Leading an acquisition (M&A) and handling a headcount crisis (from 20 to 50, then to 35 people).

Product leadership after an acquisition: merging and managing the product portfolio, combining BC Platforms' genomic data platform with Medexprim's radiomics platform. Solutions deployed across 25 countries, international team (Finland, France, United Kingdom).

What is a fractional CPO or CPTO?
An experienced product (and tech, for a CPTO) leader who joins your team a few days a week, with the seniority of an executive committee member, without the cost or delay of a full-time hire. They decide, arbitrate and structure from the first weeks.
Why a MedTech-specialised CPO rather than a generalist?
In MedTech, product and regulatory cannot be separated: every roadmap choice affects certification (IEC 62304, MDR, ISO 13485). A profile who has lived device vigilance and ANSM/FDA files avoids bolted-on processes that slow delivery down.
For what kind of company?
Startups, scale-ups and SMEs in health (medical device software, health data, AI in healthcare) that have the vision and the customers, but not yet the product structure: a first PM to coach, a backlog to steer, a certification to prepare, innovation dossiers to secure.
How long, and at what pace?
Engagements of 3 months minimum, 1 to 3 days a week depending on the need. A first 30-minute call to frame things.
