An experienced trainer, I run every session myself. Twenty years in tech, from the field to product leadership: QA, PO, PM, then CPO. I have also been teaching students since 2019: more than 600 hours of teaching and more than 500 students taught. Teaching forces me to adapt to each audience and to make sure what I pass on truly bears fruit.

How is this different from a catalogue course?
The programme is designed from your context and your real cases. No generic content recited: each workshop works on a situation from your teams' daily practice, for immediate use.
Is it fundable?
Yes. They are designed in partnership with a Qualiopi-certified provider, and eligible for your company's training budgets and OPCO schemes.
What topics can you cover?
The ten modules on the map: discovery, delivery, the product fundamentals and the team's daily practice. The exact scope is set at framing, depending on what you want to strengthen.
How many can we be?
The in-house formats work well from a few people to a full team. The optimal number depends on the topic and the level of interaction you want: we set it together at framing.
Where does it take place?
On site or remote. Toulouse is included, the rest of France and international by travel or remotely. The workshops stay participatory even over video.
